Finally a decent poll out of Florida...

Correct, but there have been other polls too recently showing the race getting closer down there.

What makes this poll unique and more trustworthy is the large amount of undecideds, which I think is true, considering that most FL voters are not yet into the whole campaign and donīt know the candidates very well.

Correct, but there have been other polls too recently showing the race getting closer down there.

What makes this poll unique and more trustworthy is the large amount of undecideds, which I think is true, considering that most FL voters are not yet into the whole campaign and donīt know the candidates very well.

In other words, other polls are picking up weak supporters, whereas Mason-Dixon, which historically does not push voters much, is not.  That's a fair analysis.  A couple of other polls, like Strategic Vision, which has performed well in Florida in 2004 and 2006, would fit within that analysis.

However, your title is misleading since Mason-Dixon has not polled the primary down there this year.  You can't say "losing his edge" when there is no baseline from which to "lose an edge".  Tongue
