Describe someone who voted for Romney in 2012 and Biden in 2020. They did not vote for Trump or Hillary in 2016.

Cindy McCain, Bill Kristol...(probably, both endorsed Biden in 2020, always opposed Trump...)

Upper middle class Gen X suburban voter with a college/university degree. Probably works in consulting, another white collar job or owns a small business. Usually prefers small government, is moderate on cultural issues, in favor of a traditional US foreign policy (pro-NATO and anti-Putin) and is absolutely disgusted by Trump's behavior. Probably registered as a Republican until 2017 or so and then switched Independent. Might still vote for individual local Republican candidates as long as they're moderate enough, but otherwise is done with the Republican Party unless they return back to their roots.

Obviously a lot live in Orange County, California. Another famous name that comes to mind is Joe Scarborough.
