I will NOT be giving power over to the Lt. Governor; however, if something arises, I trust that he will assume power under the Mideast's 7th Amendment.

May I ask why?

Figure I might as well take advantage of the latest amendment - that way, if you do something I don't like (which I really don't anticipate, but whatever) - I can reverse it if I'm back in time.

Although - the only thing you probably will have to do is vote for the re-districting.
