Unless Democrats gain Key Governorships most Republican Governors will simply block whatever Biden does in his 2nd Term.

As we saw during COVID Governors do have a tremendous amount of leverage even over a sitting President.

You could argue Governors in States like FL, TX, GA, etc. have even more leverage compared to Senators or House Members.

Governors like Kemp, DeSantis, Abbott will just ignore Biden and tell him to "Pound Sand".
