seems reasonable. In my opinion, If there is one area in the country that’s going to be resistant to Trump swings it’s going to be the pacific northwest.

The thing is though the PacNW is a region where I think the third party factory will be big. Lots of white, granola leftists who are double-haters and prone to protest voting. Both RFK and Jill Stein I think will see solid numbers here, with their environmental policies having particular appeal. And that could cut into Biden's margins, even if Trump's share of the vote doesn't change.

Would also be consistent with a tied/Biden +1-ish race nationally, which is where most polls generally seem to be at that moment

Probably about right. I expect Trump to do a couple points better than in 2020, but no substantial swing.
