Obvious Yes. The Pandemic is over. A mask today without justification indicates either criminal activity, gang membership, or socialist political ideology. None is something worth celebrating.

no

the govt needs a really good reason to force us to do or not do something (ya know, because they can kill you if you disagree in ways they don't like), and wearing a mask in public for whatever stupid reason isn't a good enough reason.  Of course private property owners (or their representatives) should be able to ban (or require) masks if they want on their property and for whatever stupid reason they want.

Many countries with mask mandates had a visible 'anti-mask' movement. And it's rarely a bad thing for anything to be 'politicalized'. It just means that it's open for discussion.

Nah (sane). And such a law should be striken down as unconstitutional.

I didn't wear a mask in over 2 years now, but anyone doing so voluntarily should be free to do so. It's interesting the people pushing for this nonsense are the same usual suspects who rant about govt taking civil liberties. I guess their definition of civil liberties is an elderly, vulnerable person being restricted to wear a mask while a dude on the no-fly-list can purchase a machine gun.
