This is a very smart strategy, and definitely helped Fetterman in 2022 as well

It does make some level of sense. Really campaigning is most important in high-population areas just because of numbers and efficiency, but it is true that a vote for Biden in Lycoming County counts just as much as a vote for Biden in Philadelphia. You don't get any bonus points for winning counties.

Curious to see how this turns out. I'm still expecting Democratic margins to be stagnant or fall again in rural PA.
