Although 7 months far off, polling suggests Trump have a better lead in Georgia than North Carolina. If this will persist, will Georgia vote to the right of North Carolina this year?

Probably not. I think NC will be Trump +10, with GA being like Trump +7.

It depends.  I could see GA being Trump +5 and NC being Trump +4, but I couldn't see NC voting for Biden while GA votes for Trump.  If it's a Republican 2008 Trump blowout, Atlanta gives Biden a higher floor, so I can't see GA voting right of NC in that scenario.  It should be structurally easier for Trump to crack double digits in NC vs. in GA.

Absolutely not. The Georgia Democratic Party has been reinvigorated, the Atlanta metro is continuing to bolt left, and voters in Georgia are now privy to the fact that their state is not safe R anymore.

That feels ridiculous to me. Six months ago I really thought Georgia was going to be closer than everyone thought.

Now, I have no idea what is going on.

Georgia will be close as it has been for the past several cycles.
