Obviously yes. Trump and Biden will be on the ballot in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

If Biden gets on the ballot, how will it have been resolved?

Judges will go "this is stupid" like every previous time this has happened.

Yes even if they technically have to petition onto the ballot as independents. 5,000 signatures is something they could easily do in a single day if necessary.

Would listing Biden as an Independent rather than a Democrat affect the result? How many voters know they like/dislike the Democratic Party but don't know which party Biden is in?

There is no chance whatsoever that either candidate misses the ballot anywhere. As a general rule, major parties get on the ballot even if the paperwork isn't perfect. The minor parties manage it most of the time too, when they can get enough money for the legal costs.

Even if the courts overturn all precedent and don't allow the Democrats to be on the ballot because of the DNC date, the Biden-Harris campaign would petition onto the ballot as independents. There is 0 chance of Biden not being on the ballot in Ohio if he's on the ballot elsewhere.

I haven't even bothered to follow this story because everyone knows the end result will be that he is.

Bumping just to say that per NYT with 89% in Biden's up 78-17 in Washtenaw County.

61 points.

Sixty One.

Being wrong is fine (I've been wrong a few times this year), but when you're consistently off by absolutely insane things saying the most outlandish bulls**t year in year out for several years now that everyone who knows ANYTHING about politics knows you're full of s**t on, we're left with either the conclusion that you're posting to f**k with people or that you're totally unwilling to learn anything from any of the dozens of people in the Atlas community who actually know this stuff.
He clearly has no learned in his absence.

what I don't understand is how he can be wrong soooo damn many times and still thinks his predictions about other future events is so good he must share them with others.  How is he not embarrassed?
Indeed.
