From 1980-2016, the GOP was called a "three leg stool"

-Christian right/social conservatives
-Pro Business folks
-Military Interventionists

All three were needed for a successful campaign to win the presidency.

What is the three leg stool for both parties in 2024?

Here is my guess

GOP
-Social Conservatives
-White Working Class rage
-?

Democrats
-Minorities
-Social Liberals
-College Educated Women

For Democrats it's the "establishment" voters, the occasional persuadable independents who aren't really independents, and the young voters furious at Biden's Israel/Palestine policy.
