I could see both of these wars lasting decades and potentially even centuries at this point, tbh.

Israel-Gaza has been going since I first turned on the TV in the early 1970's.

both sets will keep fighting each other for all of our lives, there may be temporary cease fires now and again, but they won't be done anytime soon.

Israel-Gaza will have a temp cease fire first.

If you mean "war" in the traditionally understood sense, then almost certainly Israel-Gaza - though as others have pointed out, in some sort of way it has been ongoing for over 75 years.

Israel's war the Israelis can just unilaterally declare they're done because Hamas can only conduct asymmetrical warfare. Russia-Ukraine requires a settlement. If Russia unilaterally declare they're done that's not going to stop Ukraine from conducting operations against them or vice versa.

How were Israel and Gaza at war from 1967-2005?

In a broader sense, Gaza is part of Palestine is it not.

The hot war in Gaza will cease before, but the conflict in the Middle East will almost certainly outlast the Russo-Ukraine war. Relations between Russia and Ukraine will remain ice cold for decades to come, even after the war. What Putin has done is just unforgiveable to the people of Ukraine.

I'm frankly amazed that the War in Gaza isn't over yet. If you told me on 10/8 that it would take Israel over 6 months to occupy hardly half of the strip, I would have called you crazy. That was back when I assumed the IDF were still the competent fighting force they once were. It seems like the current gov's goal is less so the defeat of Hamas, and more a desire to level every single building in Gaza.
