Bush attracts more negative attention, but Latimer seems like a candidate with a better apparatus at his back to challenge his Squad incumbent.

It's Bush. Bowman vs. Latimer is a pretty routine battle of demographics. Bush has actively alienated her district and is up against an opponent who is running directly at her lane. It's very similar to McKinney vs. Johnson way back when, in that there is very little reason to support the incumbent.
