Balance of probability, I'll go with no, just going on most relationships, even successful relationships, not ending in marriage. But I wouldn't be surprised.

Yes, because he must have learned by now, after she's had so many prominent boyfriends and made so many songs about them, to acquiesce to her in every respect if he wants to stay on her good side and in a relationship with her.
