As you know, this bill has influenced a boom of manufacturing construction, especially on semiconductor plants. A good number of these new factories are on swing states. By the way, the bill still has its critics from the right and from the left.
Discuss the effect of the bill on the presdential election.

Very minor positive for Biden, but only really if the jobs it created are in battleground ststes, which usually they are since our electoral college system favors those stayes, their demographics, and their interests.

It really just depends on how well Biden sells it, and how receptive the media is to that pitch.

Depends on if it actually does bring in jobs. Lots of laws sound great on paper but fail in implementation (i.e No Child Left Behind)
