It ends Rubio's career because he'll never get that Senate seat back if he leaves it and if Trump loses with him on the ticket then Rubio will get blamed and lose the next primary.

The Biden campaign spending on FL makes sense if that’s the case. If Trump is disqualified, Biden has an outside chance at winning the state.

Considering Congress now operates with people not required to be residents in their district or state of who they're representing until the day they take office, one of Trump or Rubio just need to change primary residence before mid-December.

Anyone that has an issue with that, produce a constitutional amendment requiring minimum residency times.
