Could it be that they don't want to have another absurdly high Trump numbers, they didn't release a poll that they did, or something else?

My theory is limiting the amount of polls released preserves the quality of the poll. Stuff like Rasmuseen, MC, and YouGov is considered relatively cheap compared to NYT, Marist, etc because the former spams a new poll out every week whereas the latter feels more high end due to its limited releases.

Even if they do they would have a Trump bias and we know Trump isn't ahead

Most likely answer: Because they don't like the result.

Didn't this happen before? Wasn't there one year where we didn't get a final ABC/Wapo poll and people said its because it got spiked?

Just looked back; it is pretty weird they haven't done one. Polling has gotten more expensive since 4 years ago, but in 2020, they did one in Jan, Feb, and March. We're nearly at the end of March now with nothing so far this year.
