The Biden campaign is building a 5-to-1 fundraising lead that will significantly impact the race.

While the RNC is laying off critical staffers in the Midwest, the Biden campaign is set to open hundreds of field offices.

I'm sorry, but again, if we're thinking critically here, at this moment in the campaign, the only positive thing Trump has are public polls. Nothing else of importance is objectively going right for his campaign. That stuff has to make you wonder if the polls are completely accurate right now!

Shouldn't be a problem for him. After all, he is a billionaire more than capable of paying, right?

I think the donors will avoid donating to Trump directly and will set up Super PACs instead.

Doesn't matter. The Polls™ say Trump is more popular than Jesus and that he's winning in a landslide

Can we just hold off two days until we see Trump's raised, spent, and COH for February? I want to see that before I make too many conclusions on this front.

The small dollar donor drop off is very interesting in terms of people putting their money where their mouth was previously but not willing to do it now when it’s more important

I'm not sure why anyone with a brain would donate money to Trump's legal fund.

While the RNC is laying off critical staffers in the Midwest, the Biden campaign is set to open hundreds of field offices.

And Biden is continuing to poll so badly that he is going to need every last ounce of advantage he can wring out from those field offices.

Fortunately, field campaign's are one of the few things in politics which are verifiably and experimentally known to actually be effective at winning votes.

And since Biden did NOT do (much) door to door canvassing in 2020, whereas the Republicans did, this is one of the few things that could give him an edge as compared to 2020.

So hopefully Biden's campaign will be smart enough to spend as much of that insane fundraising advantage as humanly possible on the field campaign, and to waste relatively little of it on worthless ads.

Meanwhile Trump is going to spend most of the Republican cash hoard on legal challenges and on his own lawyer fees for his personal legal cases.

Biden’s polling has improved somewhat from earlier in the year.

Sure, a bit. But it still ain't where it needs to be. Unless the polls are systemically wrong (which is indeed possible, but it is really not what you want to hang your hat on).

riverwalk3 hasn’t been online in a few days. The one-percenter must be long-hauling his cash donation to Trump personally.

People aren't donating to Trump because the economy is getting worse.

If Trump's cultists love him so much then why don't they donate their pensions and social security checks to help his re-election?

It’s because they ( and we) all know it’s a lost cause, just like I said it was.

They will donate after the Convention.

That will be too late with the Biden campaign already getting favorable ad rates and an organizing head start. Early money is better.

They will donate after the Convention.
There's only two reasons why one would wait to donate until after the convention:

1-They can't legally donate before it because the candidate took public funding for the primary.
2-They're already maxed out on donations and can't legally donate more until after the convention.

The former does not apply to Trump, and the latter doesn't seem to be much of an issue either. Like Jeb! probably got more maxed out donors in 2016 than he has now.

I think they're still willing, but are tapped out since the last fundraising email. Maybe they'll sell some blood and organs for him.

Which organs? They're fresh out of hearts, brains, guts, and spines.

Republicans decided that scolding trans kids to kill themselves and destroying the American dream for women is a good strategy.

When I said previously that when the Democratic governor doomed his chances by supporting an end of the American dream through company towns, I was being dead serious. Republicans decided that banning abortion to please incels and boomer dads who can’t get hard was more important than winning elections, never mind that poor men are also in the crossfires and will vote accordingly. You know how many men can’t keep it in their pants and go around fathering several children to multiple mothers? Why are you turning them into enemies?

Attacking LGBTQ people to try and attract Muslims that your base hates, ignoring the fact that homophobic Muslims don’t vote and they are a demographic more progressive than Republican mainline Protestants and Southern Black Christians, is a failing strategy. For one, most political people and a lot of republican staffers themselves are closet cases and all this does is make them feel uncomfortable in a new toxic environment. Second, this isn’t the 80s where bullying is normalized, among most people and even the old such a thing is in bad taste and uncool.

Now republicans have adopted further pet causes that ruin men like opposing no-fault divorce from psychotic women or banning commercial pornography most men need to keep on living with the bare minimum. Oppressing men is a death knell to their electoral chances.
