Yes, as I've only ever driven and owned two Camrys: my old one green and my current one midnight blue.

What is the significance of those time periods?

My dad had a Honda when I was very, very young. Since then no Japanese cars. Just German, American, British, and me personally I have only ever had Hyundais.

After I completed grad school in 1987 I owned a 1982 Plymouth Champ. Also known as a Dodge Colt it was actually a Mitsubushi with an American label. Does that count?

If not, we later owned a 1987 Nissan Sentra, 1990 Mitsubishi Gallant, and a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer. None since 2012 when a storm dropped a big tree branch on the Lancer and totaled it.
