I have only seen this account share content of Biden in which he comes off as articulate and intelligent. Making him look like an oaf isn't hard, and other right wing media platforms love sharing embarrassing clips of Biden, but this account never does this. I would not be the least but surprised if this account is run by a Democrat, I've yet to see them behave any differently than I would expect a pro-Biden op pretending to be a Republican to behave. The role of the VP is really up to the president. Since atleast 2000 the role of the VP has been to be a sort of chief advisor/head of cabinet position. If Biden wanted to he could give Harris a ticket to Honolulu for the year and ignore her entirely, but I doubt most Americans would like that

Definitely. Republicans are masters at saying things that can be taken as racist if one likes that and wants to take it that way, but can also be taken as non-racist if someone wants to live comfortably in denial. Lee Atwater himself told us this explicitly over 30 years ago.

I might not be a native speaker, but I understood his statement as "the efforts towards a diverse cabinet are led by the VP (as Kamala Harris is the first African-American and first Asian-American VP)". He might make a lot of gaffes, this was certainly not one of them.
