I am so often surprised to see that so many politicians are so bad at public speaking. It’s one of the core responsibilities of their job!!

Yes, all politicians should be excellent public speakers. After all, there is no doubt that the greatest leaders were also the greatest public speakers: Donald Trump, George W. Bush, Ronald Reagan, Adolf Hitler...oh wait.

Britt is terrible for a variety of other reasons, but this idea that politicians must be great public speakers is the root cause of so many problems throughout human history. I'm sick and tired of stupid and incompetent people who ruin everything like Donald Trump and Adolf Hitler getting so many votes because of how "charismatic," "entertaining," and "good at public speaking" they are. Why can't we just elect boring, experienced officials with good ideas who know how to run things for once? It is not the politician's job to entertain you.

IF she didn't, she sure as hell tried to. She told a story about a woman who was sex trafficked as a 12 yo girl, CLEARLY implying throughout that it was the policies of President Biden that enabled her abuse to happen on US soil.

Thing about that woman is......she was 12 over 20 years ago and was abused in Mexico between 2004 and 2008. Biden was even VP until '09. Britt is a lying piece of sh**t and there's no plausible way she couldn't have known she was lying when laying the blame for this woman's horrific ordeals at President Biden's feet. Trying to score political points off of sex trafficking is disgusting and low, but I can't honestly say it's surprising coming from the QAnon Party.

When I first took office, I did something different. I traveled to the Del Rio sector of Texas, where I spoke to a woman who shared her story with me. She had been sex trafficked by the cartels starting at age 12. She told me not just that she was raped every day, but how many times a day she was raped.

The cartels put her on a mattress in a shoe-box of a room, and they sent men through that door, over and over again, for hours and hours on-end.

We wouldn’t be OK with this happening in a third-world country. This is the United States of America, and it’s past time we start acting like it.

This scared plenty of people. That I can tell you.
