All of a sudden Haley doing so much worse than Trump? This is literally just another proof we can't take most polls serious at this point. Maybe after Labor Day, but when we have polls with Haley up by double digits and then down again, it makes no sense.
Makes perfect sense. Her campaign wasn't built on a solid foundation of supporters. She was propped up by the left-wing media and neoconservatives that helped her outspend Trump by over 2-1. She ran a 'Stop Trump' campaign, which brought a significant number of Biden voters into the Republican Primary. She polled poorly whenever polls had detailed data. Her numbers evaporated whenever RFK was included in polls, because respondents were just randomly selecting candidates who weren't Biden or Trump, and Kennedy has more name recognition.
