I took a look at the same seven polling organizations: ABC News/Washington Post, CNN, Fox/Opinion Dynamics, Gallup, Rasmussen, Time and Zogby, and found a couple of interesting points.

First, the best (i.e most accurate) appears to be CNN (yes, I'm suprised).

Second, by far the worst (i.e. least accurate) appears to be Gallup (i'm stunned).

What appears to be happening is that while the bulk of the polls will consistently show Clinton with support in the 30s, every month one poll will go erratically high and/or erratically low (Gallup managed both),

The people at CNN deserve a lot of credit.
