I've been getting a 403 error for about the last day and a half when I try to access anything on the uselectionatlas.org domain. Is the site just down, or has the content that used to be there moved to a different domain?

It's up for me. The 403 HTTP code is 'Forbidden', so if Leip uses blocklists for bots, maybe your IP/ip range somehow ended up on it.
