Given that turnout so far has been older whiter, and more republican I don't see how Garvey does not make the top 2.

(He is of course DOA in November)

Garvey might be likelier to come in first than third. If the GOP voters flock to him at the end then 30% is a possibility.

Seems like Schiff has consolidated his support. I guess Garvey finishes second, though there's a small chance Porter makes it. I guess Schiff is favored in November either way (obviously safe against Garvey).
