Been trying to find this but no luck. I know there are precincts in gold coast CT, NOVA, Richmond suburbs, that swung 60 points left from 2012 to 2020. I'm sure there are others too.

Other than those you mentioned, I certainly expect some of the top 10 to be in Atlanta metro area and probably DFW metropolex.

There are a few wealthy Boston suburbs that had insane swings to the left. This isn't all of them, but here are a few standouts:

Dover: Romney+13.1 --> Biden+40.2 (D+53.3)
Sherborn: Obama+10 --> Biden+57 (D+47)
Medfield: Romney+5.6 --> Biden+41.1 (D+46.7)
Cohasset: Romney+7.1 --> Biden+38.5 (D+45.6)
Hopkinton: Romney+1.5 --> Biden+39.6 (D+41.1)
Hingham: Romney+3.2 --> Biden+36.2 (D+39.4)
Westford: Obama+0.8 --> Biden+36.5 (D+35.7)
Boxford: Romney+18.7 --> Biden+15.2 (D+33.9)
Winchester: Obama+11.4 --> Biden+43.6 (D+32.2)

Probably a tiny precinct with a single R voter in 2012 by statistical error and then a couple D voters in 2020. That’s not the exciting answer but I’m sure there are a few.

That's probably factually accurate, but almost certainly the OP was thinking more in terms of precincts with decent populations.

Very little precinct data from 2012 was succesfully archived sadly. 2016 is the first election where people actually stored individual results on a microscopic level and made them public.
