Is it considered selfish when you no longer want to be alive?

The reality paraplegic or blindness will come if you commit suicide, your body has to naturally die, we never know when that happens

There are a lot of good resources out there to help if you're feeling this way.

It's at least no more "selfish" than wanting someone else who wants to die to go on living so you won't have to deal with the grief of losing them.

Furthermore, being selfish is not necessarily morally wrong.

Wanting to, no. Going through with it, generally yes. No man is an island, and has people around them who know them and care for their well-being at least a little, even if just online in today's world.
