Followed by CA-47 flipping R and CA-45 remaining R by more than a couple points (if it doesn't actually flip D). Don't particularly care whether or not parts of Portland OR remain represented by a Republican in the House or not, and I'm unsure if net domestic migration in Clark County WA will be enough to keep WA-03 D with Biden's approval ratings as they are.
