would a t-shirt with the name of a church on the front that I wore to play church softball in count as a "Christian Tshirt" if I never wore it anywhere but to church softball games?

Somehow I managed to leave off BOTH grunge and pop-punk. Fixed.

hardcoore, indie, metal, grunge. R&B too. I have a few shirts from local bands that I've bought at their shows but I wouldn't always put them into a single genre.

I've worn Christian shirts (mostly from like middle/high school youth group) but not really band related

I have three classic rock shirts (Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr's All-Star Band, and Bruce Springsteen), one for an indie pop/twee band (Belle & Sebastian), and one for a funk/R&B band (Earth, Wind, and Fire). I'm planning to go to an Alvvays+Beths concert later this year, and will probably get shirts for both if I do end up going. Alvvays I'd classify as indie pop. The Beths are indie rock, but you could also make the case for them being post-punk.

I've worn all sorts of music shirts since I was a kid. I grew up wearing Led Zeppelin, Queen, and My Chemical Romance shirts, graduated into metalcore/post-hardcore/deathcore/pop-punk, now in recent years I've graduated to some rappers, some garage rock, some post-punk, some punk rock and hardcore, and so forth. I only strictly counted t-shirts and long sleeves but I also have plenty of hoodies that fit some of these categories too.

Currently wearing a Pink Spiders shirt from when I saw them on their last US tour (great show, I was super depressed for about a week before the show and they were so much fun that it cheered me right up)

Only one and once.  We went to see Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow with Dio singing and we wore a shirt.  So that's hard rock.

So lucky. I wish I could've seen Dio live. I remember very vividly when he died, I was crushed.

I have a Dark Side of the Moon T-shirt and one which has the AC/DC logo on it but is actually a visual pun (it also has the faces of Edison and Tesla). I can't think of anything else.

Do people in Italy normally wear hoodies or is that just a hardcore band thing? I can't see Italy's climate being big for hoodies but it seems hardcore people wear them eveywhere.

Right before COVID, I would occasionally wear these really gaudy Hawaiian shirts into the office that my former supervisor--who was a huge Stranger Things fan--used to say I reminded her of that cop guy on the show.  I even had the 80s timex watch to go along with it, that I had for years (not that I was copying the show.  I never watched it)

Can’t find it online unfortunately. Got it from the California Academy of Sciences a loooong time ago.

A decent amount of people wear hoodies in the winter. I would never associate them with "hardcore bands", if anything with hip-hop probably.

At one point I had a graphic tee featuring "Snoop doggy dogg" brandishing a gun. It originally belonged to college girlfriend.

My wardrobe has never hit any other category here, unless free t-shirts from youth groups or high school band count. However, I did have a cherished collection of graphic tees in high school, and I can remember saving up money from my summer job to buy designs off of Threadless, at least one of which has held up over two decades of wear.

These days, I just have few that are comfortable for sleeping (including, oddly enough, a South Park shirt that I rescued from a relatives' donation bag because its fabric is a very soft cotton). The newer ones are mostly give-aways from volunteer events.

We all were, R2.  I really wish I could have seen him during his solo career tour, but I didn't get the chance.  He was better live than on tape.
