Tester; this is a place with generally good shifts for Dems, and it's one of the parts of the state where I think Tester has a good chance to outrun his 2018 showing. Even Bullock nearly won it in his 10 point 2020 loss.

Decent chance Biden outright wins the county as well.

Tester. Given that he won it by 8 points in 2018, I'll go as far as to say that he probably needs a double-digit win there this time, since the smaller counties population-wise will swing out of his reash.

This county has been trending D in recent election cycles; in 2020 it voted 9-10 points more Democratic than the statewide average in the top 4 statewide contests that year (President, US Senate, US House, Governor). Tester losing this county would imply him losing statewide by double digits.
