Eisenhower won most non southern conservatives in both general elections.
In any case, random white rural midwestern/western person.
On 1952 Ike - 2016 Trump primary voter: Northeastern centre-right protectionist? (As opposed to the Old Roght / the Tea Party).

Probably a ton of elderly voters. They don't even need to be Republican, just that they voted for Eisenhower in at least one of his landslide elections and for Trump at least once (Or both twice, or whatever).
