Both boroughts had decent population growht numbers between 2010 and 2020. Queens is bigger but more suburban. Brooklyn is 'trendier', but gentrification has its limits.

I voted "never". My reasoning is that Queens doesn't have the infrastructure to support Brooklyn levels of density outside a few specific places. Lok at the subway network for instance - heavily favors Brooklyn over Queens with most areas having no subway access - and the Queens subways that do exist face overcrowding.

Another problem is from my experience, Queens tends to have more NIMBYISM than BK. This makes it harder to actually get more density in Queens
