But even if he was -- being forced by a judge to mount a write in campaign in a few states is not the same as Trump refusing to admit defeat, planning to remain in the White House indefinitely, and rounding up a band of thugs to stop the electoral vote count.

We will see.  Even if SCOTUS makes the right decision and clarifies that Trump is qualified to run (and I believe they will), liberals have still shown their hand as to exactly how far they're willing to go to deny Americans a free and fair election.

This is why 2020 was rigged too.  Not because fake votes were manufactured for Biden, but because powerful left-leaning institutions and the media did everything in their power to delegitimize Trump.  This happened in 2016, too, when the accepted narrative was allowed to be nothing more than a fake Russian collusion conspiracy theory.

No.  If Trump is ineligible to be president under Section 3 of the 14A, he would not be allowed to run a write-in campaign.  He'd be summarily disqualified from being elected president!
