Number of Dole 96-Biden 20 counties

Be curious how many such counties were as Bill Clinton I believe won 49% of US counties while Biden only 17%.  But it does seem there are some Dole-Biden mostly in suburbs.  Orange County, California and DuPage County, Illinois two that jump to mind.  So wondering if anyone has actual number of such counties.  Guessing it is under 50.  I know in 2000, Charles county, Maryland and Orange County, Florida were only two Dole 96-Gore 00 counties and those have stayed Democrat in every election since.

Didn't realize that many but seems trend is largely suburbs as appeared while Dole did way worse than Trump in rural areas, it does seem he did as well if not slightly better in suburbs.  Haven't added up totals but population wise I am guessing 98 counties listed have at least 30 million people living in them, maybe as high as 50 million
