If illegal crossings are down and visa overstays are up it sounds like a wall is a total waste of money. Just a virtue signal about illegal immigration that isn't addressing any real problem.

Due to the departure of Senator LordRichard, sponsorship of this bill has currently been rendered vacant. To remain on the Senate floor, a new sponsor must be declared within a week of vacancy. Any takers?

As over a week has passed since the term of LordRichard has expired, and with the lack of a new sponsor declared since then, this bill is officially withdrawn from the Senate floor.
