Assume that May won a comfortable majority between 80 to 90 in 2017 and then 4 years in called a Snap election given UK PM's do tend to go to the polls 4 years in if they are strong position. How would such an election go if that was the case. My guess is May would start out ahead by 15-20 points and then this snap election would turn into a repeat of OTL 2021 and you would see something like This

Conservatives(Theresa May) : 315
Labour(Lisa Nandy): 250
SNP(Nicola Sturgeon): 45
Liberal Democrats(Jo Swinson): 12
Others: 28

It's not impossible at all that May would fail to secure a repeated majority government.

May would be quite likely to stand down before 2021 for health reasons. She'd probably want Amber Rudd to be her successor.
