Pretty comprehensive list!

One clarification: Democrats abroad primary is Mar 5 - Mar 12, not a single-day event

This could all be over before Easter (March 31).
By then Biden and Trump will have big delegate leads. The challengers will be toast.

I expect Biden and Trump will both clinch March 12th (week after Super Tuesday). It's a formality when they officially clinch but the math points to that day.

Here's a somewhat related topic: how about adopting a constitutional amendment, before the presidential primary season of 2028 rolls around, that establishes a national, sensible schedule for primaries? This is something I've discussed several times before, and I have revised my original proposal based on some critiques by other Atlas posters.
From now, require all states to hold presidential primaries; no more caucuses allowed.
Prohibit any presidential primaries from occurring before April 1 (of leap year, obviously).
Allow all states with only 1 or 2 seats in the HoR (likewise 3 or 4 votes in the EC) and all US territories to hold their primaries in April. They can pick any date in April (or even later, if they want) as determined by state law.
Allow all states with 3 to 9 seats in the HoR (5 to 11 votes in the EC) to hold their primaries in May (or even later) as determined by state law.
Make all of the largest states, with 10 or more seats in the HoR (12 or more votes in the EC) wait until June to hold their primaries.
Push back the whole calendar!

The U.S. Constitution is silent about how presidential candidates are chosen, but interesting idea

I'm not oppossed to any of this. But if you somehow got 2/3 of state legilastures to agree to a constitional admendment surely there are more urgent things to do? Like popular vote for president. Or banning gerrymandering. Or term limits for Supreme Court justices. Or getting money out of politics.

Sure, elections starting early is annoying. But thats all, an annoyance not a major issue

Is it possible that both Trump and Biden will receive a majority of delegates next week already?

And if they do, will all primaries still be held until June, or will some be cancelled?

I don't think either of them clinch until March 19th at this point. Haley got just enough to prevent Trump from clinching March 12th.

Anyway they don't cancel primaries.

Apr 28 - Puerto Rico primary (D)

May  7 - Indiana primary
May 14 - Maryland primary
     - Nebraska primary
     - West Virginia primary
May 21 - Kentucky primary
     - Oregon primary
May 28 - Idaho caucus (D)

Jun  4 - DC primary (D)
     - Montana primary
     - New Jersey primary
     - New Mexico primary
     - South Dakota primary
Jun  8 - Guam caucus (D)
     - Virgin Islands primary (D)

This it is what is left after PA (today).

I don't know how many of those states have crucial primaries since the two POTUS candidates already have plenty of delegates to win.
