Heart attack or heart failure as a result of his overweight. However, I'm unsure whether it's approriate to speculate about the death of people, no matter how much I despise him as a person.

What I'm sure of is that once he dies, no matter when, there will be lots of conspiracy theories within MAGA circles that the Deep State, globalist elites or whoever - you name it - actually murdered their cult leader. Even in case it's a 100% natural death without a single piece of real evidence to back this claim up. Don Jr. and Eric might even jump on that train for political reasons, no matter how cynical this would be. Even when they privately know it better.

Heart attack or stroke. Whatever it is I hope he’s on camera when it happens.

First disclaimer: I am NOT wishing for this to happen. It is merely speculation, but a LOT of people DESPISE Donald Trump with a burning passion that is so palpable, they will do ANYTHING to keep him from being president again. With the media talking everyday about how he wants to be a dictator and will be the death of democracy, etc. it's not hard to imagine that somebody who's mentally unstable thinks things are so existential that they need to take matters into their own hands.

Heart attacks are not nearly as deadly as they used to be.  90% of Americans will survive a heart attack.  Stroke is much likelier to kill or severely impair Trump or Biden, at this point.

I was going to ignore this topic but I will chime in simply to reinforce the above opinion.  I don't think Trump is good for US democracy, but these kind of discussions make us no better than him.

Trump is actually fitter than most 50 y.o's.

Needs to lose a few pounds, but otherwise, his knees are holding.

Choking on food because he's a pig. In seriousness, he probably has a lot of undisclosed conditions related to weight.

Agreed

Wishing death upon a politicals opponent honestly should be banworthy. Imagine how the forum would respond if i made a similar thread about Biden.

I'll say this, his stamina for a 77 year old is pretty impressive.

Off topic, but that seems way too high and too good to be true. Are you sure its that high of a survival rate?

Yes, surprised a moderator has not locked it yet considering mods have locked comparatively less disturbing threads before.

Or is there only one rule for some?

Embarrassment? It's really embarrassing at how Trump is scared stiff of Nikki. This major league A-hole is frightened to face Nikki Haley!😂🤣

The following chart may not be relevant to either Biden or Trump, but it is interesting:

The number comes from Harvard Medical School.  Basically, most heart attacks are minor and doctors have gotten much better at helping patients recover from them.

"Heart disease" is still the #1 killer for older Americans, but that's mostly from congestive heart failure and not heart attacks.  10% of all Americans 75 or older have CHF, and there's more than 500,000 new cases diagnoses every year.  The one-year fatality rate for CHF is ~35%.

I worry in such a heated political climate, the chance of an attempted assassination/murder of Biden or Trump might be considerably higher than we give it credit for.

Hogwash.  When you've done what Trump has done, you don't have the right to expect the same respectful treatment an ordinary person (or ordinary politician) does.  And "no better" implies an equivalence.  How exactly is there an equivalence between this discussion and an attempt to destroy American democracy?

There's no equivalency between pancreatic cancer and flu, but that doesn't mean the latter is desirable.
