Only if GOP is some new acronym.

It’s surprising to me how many people on a forum ostensibly about elections have no idea how the presidential nominating processes work.

They are wishcasting, look at the list of if's so far:

"If somehow the Conservatives on the Supreme Court flip sides to the Liberals"
"If somehow all the Trump delegates become Haley delegates"
"If somehow republicans will vote for someone they think is a Biden puppet"
"If somehow all the other ex-contenders will endorse Haley"

I don't understand the negativity toward Haley after the New Hampshire result.

I don't understand the negativity toward Haley after the New Hampshire result.

Officially it is the need to declare the GOP candidate asap, and pool resources to go against Biden.

Unofficially it ranges from Trump's thin skin to his almost pathological need to humiliate and politically corrupt everyone to ensure that there is no future opposition.

Anyone voting anything but 1 is completely delusional.

Even if something happened to Trump, Haley wouldn't be the nominee.

She should stay in the race as long as possible in case there is:

(a) a Court Case which makes Trump ineligible;
(b) Trump dies;
(c) She actually turns the polls around and wins.

Stranger things have happened. Remember Hillary Clinton on this forum in 2016. She was 100% certified by most forum members to be the next President.

Winning New Hampshire could've been a game changer for her, but now there's virtually no chance unless Trump dies or a judge rules he's ineligible to be on the ballot (and even with that scenario the GOP would likely endorse him as a write-in candidate).

Um, no. Most elected Republicans HATE Trump and want him gone. They are afraid to speak out publicly because they are terrified of his inbred supporters, and rightfully so. If Trump is barred from running, that gives them and out and the party will dump him quicker than spoiled meat.

There is something to be said that initially most elected Republicans WERE against Trump.  Unfortunately the longer Trump wields his head, more and more of them are becoming his supporters by default.  Some have stepped into the mud and may feel obliged to support him for opportunistic reasons, while others may have psychologically shifted to his way of thinking.

However, since this is a topic about Haley's chances, it is obvious that a lot of wealthy Republicans are hedging their bets by still supporting Haley.  If the courts remove Trump (still a big IF), I have no doubt Haley becomes the nominee.

Trump hasn't had an Endorsement since January 29th when Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart of Florida endorsed him.

Clearly some House Members + Republican Senate Leadership waiting what's happing with the Colorado Case. Chances are more likely that the SCOTUS throws out Colorado but if they don't Trump is toast.

Trump has already being impeached twice and unfortunately aquitted twice as well. The Question: Does the SCOTUS want J6 all over again. Trump and his Minions will threaten State Govtms if he loses now that he can't threaten the Congress and VP Harris.

0% chance unless the Supreme Court declares him ineligible.

And the chances of that are definitely higher than 0%.  If the SCOTUS upholds the Colorado ruling, he is toast.  Granted, the chances of that happening are not very high but they are much bigger than zero.

Inshallah, although the Court would need to definitively say Colorado is right and apply it nationwide. If they "leave it to the states" it won't make any difference.
A state's rights outcome is less likely than declaring Trump ineligible by several orders of magnitude. The Supreme Court has put out some baffling rulings over it's history but I can't think of them ever doing something as bizarre as concluding that the qualifications for being president can differ from state to state.

SCOTUS IS UNLIKELY TO KICK TRUMP OFF THR BALLOT THIS IS THE ANTI AFFIRMATION ACTION and anti Student loans indebtness Crt

There is a difference between a Souter Maverick like John Adams and Judicial Review started and a McCain Mav, McCain is pro Life ACB and Kavanaugh and Roberts aren't Souters but McCain Mavericks

But this CRT is very likely to Affirm Voting Rights and DC not PR Statehood because of AL 2 case

We are gonna win CO and ME anyways , if they were to kick Trump off the ballot they would have done so by now

I wouldn't be so sure whether SCOTUS boots Trump or not.  I may be naive but I trust most of them will be guided by the Constitution.  If they choose not to act or find Trump innocent of insurrection, Haley's chances are negligible and this whole topic is a moot point.

However, IF they do:

1. The ruling holds for all US - you cannot have individual states deciding on qualifications for the US POTUS.  I have no doubt the SCOTUS will make that clear.

2. Trump will be done and no amount of MAGA rhetoric will change that.  Sure, he may hold sway over 10-15% of the hard-core conspiracy theorists, but most of the Republicans will look for alternatives.  And if Haley is still around, she definitely could be it.  In fact, there is a high likelihood that Trump endorses her in the hope of a pardon.

The GOP considered 1/6 to be "legitimate political discourse". I don't doubt that certain elected Republicans secretly hate Trump, but I believe that the party leadership is lined up for him. This could change if there's more bankruptcies due to Trump's legal cases, but I believe there would be too much demand by his base for them to ignore it unless they want to risk a 1912 type splinter scenario.

Only if the SC rules that Trump is an illegal insurrectionist candidate.

But other than that, no.

Looks like Haley will continue, at least until Super Tuesday.
We will see what she says and decides to do, the day after this big day.
