That, and at least one rally in the state probably would’ve been enough for her to scrape together a win.

With only 10,000 vote difference yes probably could have.  Also Wisconsin too.  Pennsylvania which was tipping point less sure about.  Florida, Iowa, and Ohio she would have lost either way although better campaign maybe won Florida but Iowa and Ohio were shifting away from Democrats so even if Obama could have run a third term he would have lost those two.

Without Comey, she would have likely carried Florida as she had a 247,000 vote or so lead in pre- Election Day ballots cast but lost Election Day by 360,000 votes. https://floridapolitics.com/archives/228290-steve-schale-florida-early-vote-retrospective/

Yep, she probably would have won Florida by like 50,000 votes and won PA, MI, and Wi.

Of course, a 11k margin is is easily doable. She should have invested more ressources into the state and do rallies there. Her campaign just took the state for granted because Obama won MI so easily in both of his elections.

Even pre-covid, Election Day ballots always tended to be the most Republican.  Florida would have been close.  But, I think she narrowly wins MI/WI/PA in that scenario.
