Okay: California is split. The 10 southernmost counties split off.

Prediction: NorCal stays blue, while SoCal becomes a highly critical swing state.

Los Angeles County voted against marijuana legalization. Orange County overwhelmingly voted against marijuana legalization. Would marijuana still be legal in Southern California if it were a separate state?
