Not only do they (the ones that actually do) have the audacity to charge for parking spots, but they make it inconvenient too. I’m glad that I’m not vacationing in the area during the Super Bowl (I’ve done my vacationing well beforehand).

What is your opinion on Las Vegas area casinos charging for parking?

Keep in mind that a casino wants all of the customer's money, however they can get it.

This is perfectly reasonable. Why would I take issue with this?

How is it even remotely reasonable for any business to charge for parking?

parking lots aren't free, you're paying for it one way or another.  It makes more sense to charge the people using it than charging everyone.

Why do you keep asking this same exact question every three years or so?

How is it any different than an entrance fee at a nightclub? Or a football stadium charging for parking?

Most Americans aren’t from larger cities or go into them a lot where parking is at a premium and they think it’s a rejection of their freedom to charge for parking. Usually the same people against public transit.

Because the parking's their property, duh.

The same thing happens at the Tahoe Area too, but I ain't complaining.
