If I were Trump my campaign ads would all be one simple question: Are you better off than you were four years ago?

Four years ago we had riots and pandemic that locked the world down.

Your ideas have good intention but are not the solution. In 2023/24 campaign ads really don't matter anymore. Cable is in decline and the amount of swing voters is rapidly decreasing. In fact, 2008 imo was the last election that was truly determined by Bush-Obama voters, 2012 and beyond were mainly decided by turnout dynamics. Biden shouldn't waste his time trying to appeal to new voters. 81M ballots were cast for him 3 years ago, and he needs to find a way to turnout as many of those as possible, because Trump's base is absolutely going to be showing up. The ideas you are pitching for Biden would work in 2020, but since he is the incumbent he needs to focus on grinding through 2024 and limit his losses.
