What congresspeople are or will be their party’s last to hold a district for the foreseeable future?

For Democrats you have the likes of Collin Peterson, Nick Rahall, Dan Boren. For the GOP you have the likes of Bob Dole, Rodney Frelinghuysen, Kevin Yoder.

Celeste Maloy (whenever a D district representing inner Salt Lake gets created)
Lauren Boebert (rapidly trending left area, notably bad incumbent)
Mike Garcia (electoral powers incomprehensible to mortals)
Marie Glusenkamp Perez?
A Republican that wins a somewhat-suburban NC district

Maloy will be fine because of where she lives. Because Curtis is likely running for senate if an SLC seat is created it’ll be his seat that’s “cut”. And if he doesn’t it’s Owens who gets the short end of the stick IMO.

Utah will gain another seat in 2030 and Republicans will probably just "sink" that one.
