3. This act shall take effect immediately.

Objecting to the motion to table. Will post something shortly. Between being on a LOA at the time of this bill being posted (which I did post about) and adjusting back to my normal time zone, it's been a bit hectic.

The bill is very straight forward. It prohibits robots programmed to feel pain. We should not be spreading pain, nor is it morally justifiable for our society to endorse allowing this.

So how exactly does this work? Not familiar with however "pain" is interpreted by circuits and wire.
