Statement on Koopa becoming Speaker

I do wish Koopa the best of luck on becoming Speaker of the Fremont Parliament yet again. I am certain that she will do a tremendous job in carrying out the people's best interests. I hope to work with the Speaker to ensure fairness and freedom for all in Fremont!
