None of those 3 descriptors inherently means somebody can't be a Republican. They are just someone with generally conservative views. And on LGBT issues they would probably be a moderate transmedicalist type who thinks gender theory and the modern trans movement is going way too far.

Such a person doesn't exist but I would say a total contrarian with no coherent ideology.

(To the extent that people who match that description exist at all) could be someone with moderate liberal/classical liberal views who is left/liberal by the standards of his or her respective home country but who is right-leaning by the standards of the USA or the broader West. Still nominally identifies as a Muslim, either out of habit or thoughtfully holds "moderate"/"liberal" Islamic theological views. Likely hates the "woke left," appreciates the Western right for "being honest about Radical Islam," etc. A transgender, still-nominally-Muslim/not-yet-apostate version of Ayaan Hirsi Ali, basically.
