What type of person would be the following:

Pro-life with exceptions
Pro-LGBT
Anti-illegal immigration
Pro-Medical Marijuana
Anti-Recreational Marijuana
Pro-Gun but with some regulations
Fiscally conservative

Describe the type of person who would fit this profile. Where would they live (region of the country, type of community) and what would their demographics be (race, income, family structure).

Lots of suburban Republicans would fit that profile (maybe except some transgender issues).  The only large group of suburban Republicans that wouldn't would be Southern suburban evangelicals.

Depending on the details these views are fairly popular across a broad swath of the American electorate (maybe not anti-recreational Marijuana).

I think a lot of people are "pro-life with exceptions" but generally prefer the exceptions to be quite loose.

But this generally sounds like most moderate Democrats, independents, and most Republicans (very few are extremely anti LGBT).

That's the median Republican voter. I imagine a married white (either white-white or white-white ethnic mix.. so maybe more "eggshell" or "beige") guy between the ages of 45 and 60 in a state like Florida. Missouri, or Ohio. They probably make like 80,000 a year. Either as something like an Accountant or a grocery story Assailant Manager or maybe as a self-employed Mechanic or Plumber.  Their wife probably works part-time as a secretary for the owner of a local MLM or Honda dealership. They have two kids. One grown and one in High School. Their income is just south of six figures together. They live in a 4 bedroom house on a big lot about 10 miles away from a city like Tampa or Columbus. Most likely, they try to go to church every week, but probably go like once a month to a "Christian"(probably a off-brand Pentacostal church in an abandoned Wal-Mart).

They would probably be slightly against a total ban on abortion, but would be very happy with a heartbeat law. Probably vote against abortion, but also against a personhood amendment.

On gun control, they would probably be in favor of having to be 21, having background checks on private sales, but generally oppose assault weapons or semi-auto handgun ban and be on the fence on open carry and about whether CCW needs to be permitted or not.

They would probably be OK with a $11 dollar minimum wage, but not a $15 one. They like Trump's tax plan and would probably be OK with something like Graham-Cassidy on Healthcare (where the funding for Obamacare remains in place, the federal exchanges are cancelled, but states still have funding for their own exchanges and regulations). They would be OK with Unions in principal, but pro-Right-to-Work.

Sounds like a suburbanite who didn't go full anti-Trump/anti-GOP.
