Let's assume Trump dies of a heart attack and Vivek takes the nomination in a very close race against DeSantis and Haley.

Assume Biden is still the Democratic nominee.

Also feel free to respond with your thoughts on how well Vivek would do relative to how you think Haley would do. I didn't want to clog the poll with more options

Worse than Trump but better than DeSantis. He would still beat Biden, given how weak of a candidate Biden is.

Which specific demographics do you think Vivek would underperform Trump with, while overperforming DeSantis? I do think he could actually do a bit better with college educated voters than Trump because of his style. And DeSantis is so stiff that I think Vivek would do better with working class voters than DeSantis.

All around worse, so much so that I can even see him narrowly losing Texas on top of the 5 states that decided Biden's victory in 2020 plus North Carolina.

Probably among the worst of all the nominees. He is Trump without the gravitas.
