The top image is a map I made on Election Shuffler by  shifting the results from the 2020 presidential election in Kentucky 31 points left. This makes the margin in the map D + 4.6. That is not quite the D + 5.08 margin that Beshear actually won by, but it was the closest I could get it since the Election Shuffler did not let me shift by non-integer amounts. (But even if I would have been able to match Beshear's margin exactly on the top map, no additional counties would have been flipped.) The bottom image is the actual 2023 Kentucky Governor county map from Wikipedia.
