Noem won't be picked. It will likely be Elise Stefanik assuming he is the Nominee in 2024 and picks a Woman.

Beshear easily wins at least 350 electoral votes against whatever Republican woman gets the nomination. In the case of Noem, he also wins Iowa and Florida.

Beshear wins with the 413 NUT map minus Iowa and plus Alaska. He doesn’t win Kentucky, but it has the strongest leftward swing/trend in the country.

In the Senate, Democrats don't lose any of their current seats and flip NC and WI at a minimum. AK, FL, OH are very much on the table and they probably make a serious play for one or more of IA, KS, MO, UT.
